Hi friends, you can say that everything better will happen if you run 3 km everyday. Without thinking anything I said these words because when you are fit you are in best version of yourself.

Guys I have strong desire for running and I tell you I have run 2 km to 10 km races on regular basis for long time.

Stamina was in top condition. I was playing more than 10 games. It was possible because of good stamina and running habits.

In 1980 I was running 10 km on alternate day because I wanted to be best athlete in my professional college.

Because of abundance of stamina I was able to play a any game like hockey, football, cricket, basketball, table tennis, lawn tennis, running, chess, carrom board, Polevault, rope skipping, atheletics & badminton .

I enjoyed every moment on the field. My dear friends I tell you very honestly that till today I am just enjoying my memories with my love for sports.

All above exercises and sports have given me very good health throughout my life.

Advice to youngers is that they should not spend more time on internet and social media better go for sports running to make your much wanted health.

As a form of cardio exercise that’s easily accessible, running is one of the most straightforward ways to get the important benefits of exercise.

Since it improves aerobic fitness, running is a great way to help improve cardiovascular health. Plus, it burns calories and can build strength, among other things.

What does 30 minutes of running do?

We love the gym. We love strength training with free weights and workout machines. And there’s tons of reasons you should do it whether you’re looking to build muscle, shed fat and calories, or simply amp up your overall health. But, the benefits of running make a pretty strong case for any guy to consider becoming a runner.

From the aesthetic benefits to the mental perks, there’s a reason why so many people are addicted to hitting the pavement. While we’re not saying you should quit the gym (please don’t), we are saying you should consider taking up running, too. Here are 25 running benefits to consider.

In what should come as welcome news to your high school gym teacher and a grim revelation to everyone who finds running to be dreadfully dull and monotonous, a new review published in Progress in Cardiovascular Diseases—easily my favorite peer-reviewed heart health publication, for the record—has concluded that running, more than any other form of physical activity, is the best exercise at the all-important task of keeping you alive.

After comparing the findings from a number of large-scale studies, the researchers calculated that runners have a 30-45 percent lower risk of “all-cause mortality”—or, in layman’s terms, “dying early.”

Runners live about three years longer than non-runners, and roughly speaking, each hour spent running adds seven precious hours to one’s lifespan. After controlling for smoking, booze consumption, body mass index, and the like, running still was found to reduce all-cause mortality risk by an impressive 25-40 percent.

In other words, even if you’re a larger individual who enjoys a good cigar with your beer, running is your best bet for ensuring that you have more days ahead in which to enjoy those things.

10 Amazing and Evidence-Supported Health Benefits of Running

Running can give you a longer life, better sleep, improved immunity, mood and more—it’s even good for your knees and lower back.

When you become a runner, it changes your life. But you may not know how much it improves every aspect. Here’s the evidence of the amazing benefits running can give you:

Benefit 1. Running adds years to your life and life to your years.

Numerous studies have shown that running increases lifespan. This has led to the oft-repeated observation: “If exercise were a pill, it would be the most popular pill in the world.” Worth noting: It would also be the least expensive, with little to no cost.

2018 meta-analysis of research on running and longevity found that runners have about a 25 to 30 percent lower rate of all-cause mortality on follow-up than non runners. It concluded: “Any amount of running, even once a week, is better than no running.”

Another runner-specific paper showed that runners gain about three years of extra life. Why? Some of the biological pathways include: greater cardiovascular fitness, better body composition (less fat), lower cholesterol, excellent glucose and insulin control, stronger bones, better hormone regulation, and positive neurological functioning.
