We are discussing here the great topic of the ” Mindset is what separates the best from the rest? I have my thought process to have a great mindset that takes you to the top of the sky. Let us have some pointers here. If I am having a positive mindset then nobody can stop me from going ahead as you know, we’re currently operating under a temporary new normal known as coronavirus. Where people are letting fear lead their actions – fighting over toilet paper, living in panic, and going out of their minds. Sometimes in life, you are shaken to the core. Your beliefs are challenged. You are overwhelmed with anxiety, stress, and uncertainty. But I know when fear controls our minds, we act out of desperation. And this is not the time for that. This is the time to challenge yourself, to see beyond rage, fear, and panic. Is that how you want to remember this crisis? Of course not. I passionately believe three things you should be doing during this time:

1 – Stop the label of fear. This is not a time to destroy each other. This is a time to believe in yourself. This is a time to CONNECT with the power you have within you.

2 – Don’t ride it out When you feed into negativity, fear, and doubt… …you are riding the wave of crisis. You will feed into what the news is pushing. …and mindlessly flow through this time…just like when you get in the car and can’t remember how you got to your destination. Instead, you need to take the wheel and….

3 – Take action on your mindset. If you don’t have a program for your mind during this time YOUR mind will be programmed for you. Programmed to act through fear. Now is the time for ACTION. Action. Action despite the distractions. Instead, say “No more”. No more to fear. No more…letting life happen to you. No more….to putting off what you know you should do.

Laziness attitude

You essentially use your laziness as a weapon to make the changes that you want to make in your life and self love the metaphor of putting the tools at the bottom of the toolbox. Do you know I think of it in terms of habit building so that was a new way to look at it?

I am deafly going to be using that personally in the future? Rather than knowing that there is eventually something that you want to comply with the matter is foreign. You’re putting the world together or white across questions here absolutely. What a great idea and you’re carrying a heavyweight and you hear this noise all through life.

I would get that weight from exactly what you describe to answer your question head-on. Should we throw things away or should we keep sinks? Anybody who has ever studied the mind and understand how these sessions are made to understand one very simple premise and it is such profound. What is it the very second day you decide that there is a decision to be made that is the moment the conflicting thoughts does this serve me now or ever and if the answer comes back?  

Maintain Health fitness It is important to work on yourself and your business extremely important on your health and time to work out. You don’t have time not to work out because I promise you if you do go every other day because your brain is sharper than your body. You can get there.  

Spiritual fitness

Are you gonna spend time with whatever your spiritual fitness is also? Call to right now is information overload in your brain gets so full of news and all the different media aspect. It’s just spinning so much information overload. It is harder to take a deep breath and relax in your brain. You know that you can pray to God I have such a deep desire to achieve and everything affordable you know. if I want to get better so I just want to talk about balance & make a stop at the breath stop relax to enjoy the ride it’s a journey it’s not the destination. There is another phrase and I’m trying to remember exactly how it goes. Because I do want to get it right basically. If you have to bat on hard work or talent overtime that on the hard work and for me that’s mine said if I have the chance to bat on the mindset or the skillset I’ll bet on the mindset as long as we get to iterate.  

Time management

Sure that the concept of time, I am kind of makes sense either feel rushed or you know that we’re setting a healthy pace. But time is an artificial concept that we’ve created to make the limitlessness of eternity and the universe more bearable. As you were saying my mind, I’m remembering the famous phrase of the topic which is called time management.

The reason I was smiling is that why do people have the sense that there even needs to be this thing called time management because quite honestly and truly time does not need to be managed at all 8 o’clock comes after 7 o’clock two times every single day. You know when I left we talk in about a job so the mindset is what separates the best from the rest you know I have been here.I cannot believe the difference in my mindset you know the goal that gets dropped after some people smile. Some stuff you thought you knew especially when you hear a new code or a passage from a book. Somebody shares it. I just think about it now and I think about all the other quotes rather be a rather successful plan for you. I realise that I don’t think that for me clubhouse isn’t an addiction but

Constant learning to get an education and make a living or you can study and read books and do your own skill enhancement. I just think wow you know all of them have the mindset before they were all came to mind set up somehow I think of Russell Branson, Jeff Bezos, Tony Robbins. Now, you’re all dressed up with a positive mindset. I was intimidated by people with degrees at one point.

One day I just woke up and saw no no no no alternate or not things and have separated myself from the pack by as Less Brown put it I stepped out of line did my own thing didn’t care what other people are thinking just did my own thing Mindset is definitely what separates the best from the rest. It does everything if you are a good student. Make sure you have cash flow. for at least 6 months.

Success is not magic, everyone can be successful but it all starts from having the right mindset and attitude towards life. If you believe you can do a thing then it is impossible for you to fail at that particular thing.

This is not a big issue my dear. Remind stability actions we need to take on a date to day basis. Overthinking is definitely not a good thing at all because it will make you confused all the time. Just believe in yourself.

Just follow your morning rituals like early to bed and early to rise gratitude to AlmigI think you need to take some more time in meditation. It is going to help you a lot to make your life cool and calm. You can have a lot of affirmations wake up time sleeping time and in the daytime whenever you feel better.

You need to take Luke warm water throughout the day, especially in winters. It will make you healthy and energetic. 4 to 5 L of water per day will help you to overcome many diseases. I am taking advantage of this natural facility.

I think you need to take some more time in meditation. It is going to help you a lot to make your life cool and calm. After some time you will feel that your mind is stable you are enjoying every moment of your life without any problem. You need not overthink this issue.

Some habits with a positive mindset that are really good to get into are as under:

  1. Early to bed and early to rise.
  2. Drink at least 1 L lukewarm water in the morning.
  3. Go for gratitude to Almighty for everything you have in this life on his guidelines.
  4. More gratitude helps us to get more and more blessings from God.
  5. Pray for God and enjoy your life.
  6. Go for nature’s call.
  7. Do your morning walk, jogging, running and playing indoor or outdoor games for at least 1 to 2 hours.
  8. Sweating two times a day will help you avoid any sickness in your life. You will become more and more energetic.
  9. Do meditation daily for 30 minutes one hour on daily basis.
  10. Respect your parents. Give them full happiness.
  11. Plan well for your breakfast lunch and dinner. Breakfast to be taken very rich along with lunch. Dinner will be taken very lightly.
  12. Food should be chewed at least 32–35 times after every bite.
  13. Try to avoid tea intake.
  14. Water should be consumed at least 3–4 litres daily to get rid of many problems
  15. Avoid phone dependency except for work. No scrolling.
  16. The tv should be seen minimum possible.
  17. Time utilisation should be the best possible as it decides the future of the person.
  18. We should focus on our work.
  19. Bad addictions should be avoided at any cost because these are the progress and future killers.
  20. Love everybody unconditionally.
  21. No backbiting or leg-pulling is required for a successful life.
  22. Become lifelong learners so that you can make your brand very well. Learn as many skills as you can do.
  23. Meditation to be carried out without wasting time.
  24. You should be a very good listener.
  25. Your communication skills should be very good.
  26. 1000 steps after lunch & dinner should be good enough for better digestion.
  27. Book reading is must at least 10pages/day for motivational types.
  28. Affirmations, Law of attraction, The secret should be taken practically in our life.
  29. A smile should be there on the face every time. It helps your feel-good factor.
  30. Laughter club activity once or twice will give facial muscles good exercise.
  31. No need to gossip with anyone as it spoils your time.
  32. Behave all in a wonderful way so that you can be loved by one & all.
  33. Be a Positive attitude personality so that you can motivate your team & family members.

An example of proactive thinking is a company like Google, they sat down and saw that the future of the internet is a knowledge organisation and therefore they positioned themselves in that long time. Even if you are top of the class in the secretary having great skills in the printing gold and give you an edge in the computer.

But those who had a great mindset and a table to think actively they were able to transition from that era to this era of computers. I am in Africa look at people as proactive thinkers like Sweden successful programme in the world because only 4% of garbage mixes into the landfills the rest of it which is 96% it is used to generate electricity to power homes. Mindsets lead to mindsets as a mindset that can help us navigate through change and it can help us create think so that we can transform ourselves from one area to another era.

It is what inspires us to ask the right questions get the right answers and therefore execute the right strategy. You’re able to make decisions that will leave you relevant and make you a citadel in your industry. I was just thinking about an interesting question because both of those things are subject to personal pain and I guess what’s the best what is the best I don’t know so but I think if you want to be the best of yourself and of course, you have to be in your best mindset and do things that are for you.

I haven’t had a long conversation but I think once that is subjective to each person sure of appreciation. Mindset is what separates the rest of the best and agree with that and I was just gonna be thinking about what separates a good mindset from a bad mindset. I’m thinking what think is just doing your own, thinking I am in thinking for yourself in and not worry about what other people say and yes you know you want to be that lifelong learner but I know if there is a middle line with.

For me at least when I first started you know this whole entrepreneur, a journey I always cared about other peoples opinions.   We are talking today about what separates the best from the rest. Traders to the late so what’s your take about the whole thing about because you’re like talking about what’s up residence with the rush tell us your opinion yes all take a stab at what’s up rates the best from the rest it so to be the best you got to believe that you can wear what whether you have the potential and you are not if you don’t put in the work you’re not going to bullshit is in for me it does come down to putting in the work you know I’m always a lot of myself as a reasonably smart guy but at some point after the call.

But that being said I realise that I functionally have a choice. I could admit that there is a lot of stuff out there I didn’t know when I can start going out morning and trying to be better or I could be in denial that there is a whole bunch of stuff. I didn’t know put in the work and kept lying to myself I’m not a fan of light myself.

I’d rather admit that I have the potential to be better than I am that maybe I haven’t done in half of the work in the past and I want to do more of the work now and I think what I studied the grades one thing they all have in common they all have the belief they can be the best but then they all go and put in the work to prove the role highly. So it is very clear that a rich mindset will definitely give you an upper hand. So keep always positive & rich mindset. You may have to work hard.
