Hello, dear friends today life coach blogger VK Chaudhry wants to discuss with you a wonderful topic how do you examine your body mind soul and heart status? We need to live our lives in a wonderful way because life is not achieved so easily. Our ancestors and parents have worked hard to give us this wonderful universe.

We need to examine our body-mind, soul and heart status on a daily basis weekly basis monthly basis to get the best out of our life. If we are getting all these things checked then we can see how quick decisions in life we can take if everything is in the right direction.

After examining all these great ingredients of our happy life we will be knowing more and more things about ourselves with self-talk. Sometimes we feel very poor and depressed if any of these things are not working according to our will. All the ingredients should perform in a rich mindset.

We need to be very grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful things he has given us. It may be anything/everything in our life. The more gratitude we do more we get the blessings in our life. We can do anything that we think. We have to trust in everything and with this habit will be getting more and more comfortable in our life.

  • WE BECOME WHAT WE EAT:

OUR EATING HABITS CREATE OUR LIFE BECAUSE WE BECOME WHAT WE EAT. IF WE EAT GOOD FOOD OUR HEALTH MIND BODY AND SOUL when we open our eyes in the morning we feel very comfortable after giving gratitude to the Almighty. Similarly, when we come to clubhouse rooms of our choice we become more and more confident and energetic.

We have the choice to eat. We can eat vegetarian or non-vegetarian and our thoughts become according to our eating habits. Vegetarian food is going to make better progress in your life. Digestion is also better. Rest depends on you. We can have coloured vegetables & fruits. A variety of nuts will also help us with weight loss.

We can have more water & curd in our food. Drinking more water is keeping you away from more than a hundred diseasesYou also try to drink in a sitting posture & not in a standing.

  • GOOD TIME TO HAVE A REST:

We need to balance our 24 hours so that we can get a good time to have rest. It will give us wonderful freshness. Extra motivation & energetic approach will give us creative thinking. We are living in a very competitive age. We need to spare time in our busy schedule. The more we take mental rest more we will be productive.

  • MEDITATION IS BEST FOR MENTAL PEACE:

Meditation gives us spirituality the best mental state. We get self-belief & self-confidence & hence successful life. We can do what we like. We become what we think. We get a great positive attitude in our life. This helps us to give our best performance in life. We can solve any problem in our life. Your Gratitude attitude is very effective.

Gratitudinal attitude can help you a lot in your life. We get more & more blessings. We have surrendered to the Almighty & our performance will improve day by day.

1:THE SECRET LAW OF ATTRACTION: AFFIRMATION , MEDITATION

  • HEALTH IS WEALTH:

We have to maintain our health as a top priority. We need to eat good colourful fruits, vegetables, leaves & good exercises to maintain. We should see that our immunity is of great level. My view is that we have to keep our hearts strong. We should not eat regular medicine till we are 60-70 years.

We need to have a rigorous exercise schedule daily basis. We can do Yoga, running, jogging morning walk, and indoor & outdoor games playing on a regular basis.

  • DISCONNECT WITH SOCIAL MEDIA & MOBILE

We need to disconnect from social media, mobile, laptops & TV once a week. We can get more & more comfortable with this wonderful habit. We can change our habits at any moment in our life. We are so busy in our life in gadgets & social media. I have stopped TV for the last 5 years. I prefer to read books in place of social media & TV viewing.

TV has saved me valuable time & could get more good books. I have read about 52 books which has changed my perception of my life.

We need to review our body, mind, should & heart fitness on a regular basis so that corrective action can be taken.
