It is our most important factor to keep our body in good shape. We have to think that it is temple, church, Masjid for our Good soul. We can take care by some rituals with which heath will be maintained. I have written many blogs on health. I am trying to help my readers & viewers for keeping best shape of their body.
Here we can add one exercise here to check pulse rate in 15 seconds. It should come around 15-16 only when you hold wrist pulse rate. If it is more than 16 then we should see our daily habits. Body & mind is our hardware & software.
Eating habits & life style have to be changed as

- Start your day with self discipline
- Luke warm water intake 1 litre, Exercise, yoga, meditation, planning for the day
- Good breakfast without fried items
- Water drinking 3-5 litres in a day
- Two times sweating is most important
- Love with all
- Fully energize way of working
- Evening indoor games which require physical exercise for one hour or evening walk
- Minimum 1000 steps after dinner
- Dinner before 7-8
- meditation 10-30 minutes
- Time with family
- 30-60 minute book reading
- Journal of the day :It will help you to improve next day
- Be humble with all
- Bed time affirmations
- Top behaviour with all where you do not find place for criticism, comparison, ego, pride, negativity, no excess use of conscious mind(Physical mind) over Subconscious mind, no revenge, anger hatred. Each point we should try to implement of our life
- Sound sleep for 6-8 hour
- Next day start
LIFE JOY
We have to make our life joyful. We should charge our battery daily with meditation. We have to laugh maximum with 80 muscles with smiling face. We should love all. Gratitude maximum. We should have a practice to give love, appreciation to all.

When you are healthy, happy, joyful & success. Our rituals will take us to grand success in life. Rituals are your systems. Our success is 100% when people love you in this world during your stay. After death, every member is loved. So let us try our best to reinvent ourself.
