- Wake up early in the morning before 5:00 am
- Do exercise & meditation regularly with fix time
- Love mankind
- 30 mins of reading daily
- Drink lots of water 4-5 litres a day better if you get lukewarm.
- Chew your food minimum 32 times
- Start writing to-do daily before bath
- If you believe in God read 5–10 mins of your holy books(bhagwad geeta etc)
- Be energetic in your life always
- Fix a time for social media
- Switch off your mobile phone while studying
- Pray daily
- Think positive
- Smile daily
- Stay motivated
- Sleep 7–8 hours
- Take a day nap of 20–30 mins.
