My Long awaited Early Morning Walking after 10 years
Date 25-July-2020.

I was in completely in sleeping condition and if I recalled in dreaams that I am driving my Scotty to Super Market for Monthly Grocery Materials.
When I reached to Market my Phone started ringing.
I wake up and saw it is my mobile wake-up alarm. Today is my weekly off day. So thinking about sleeping more and could enjoy 35 minutes more sleep.

After wakeup this is my first work to see at God Krishna & then Gratitude.Then take luke warm water & go for nature’s call.

Papa used to be in habit of Morning Walk up to Praveen Sharma Circket Ground. What to say most of Old aged around 50 + people come and enjoy together as some doing Yoga , Kicking Foot balls, and walking around the Ground.
I decided start for Morning walk, Mummy asked me to take tea, but I replied I will take after returning back.
Mummy was surprised while preparing herself for going to school asked me where are you going? May she was thinking todays my abnormal plan to go for Morning walk.
I wore my mask and took my mobile in my Pocket and started.

I just entered in to the Ground, and saw around 40 to50 people already in ground some are busy in walking, Yoga, around 15 People made a circle, took 3 footballs inside the circle and passing theses balls to each other. What to say, wonderful exercise for calorie burning.

We all have a picture of ourselves in our mind which we call self-image. It’s how we see ourselves in the mirror. One of the rewards of a morning walk is seeing yourself sweat it out and work for something good for yourself. This simple activity can help us see ourselves in a better light.

A person who wakes up early has all the image of a motivated person. After all, it takes a certain amount of will to resist that urge to spend a few more minutes in dreamland. In short, an early morning walk rewards us to establish ourselves as a person who is disciplined and committed to getting things done.

I see Papa is doing yoga.I entered and started walking with some old memories recalling my college days when I was jogging on road in early morning. That time we were comparing our self to Advisement Models on boards especially for Sports shoes. what style Model had presented during advertisement Big Posters.
While I was walking, I saw three Uncles smiling very loudly. I stopped my self and found out the reason behind, two three minutes I stayed there and suddenly found Out that it was Laughter therapy and reminded me about my memories Munna Bhai MBBS.

Improve Your Mood

Finally, the best perk of a morning walk is it improves our mood. Even though yesterday was a bad day, a good early stroll can help us get back on track. You can’t help but feel happy or uplifted when you exercise.

During walks or runs, our bodies release endorphins which is a neurochemical that decreases our pain and stress. For this reason, consistent morning walkers are usually more morally boosted than their bed-loving counterparts.

My self also smiled withto see how people atre trying their best to take care of their health & fitness.
With going ahead I saw four persons sitting with voice like Compressor leakage at frequency of 50 to 60 strokes in one minute . Ha Ha they are doing Kapal Bhati Yoga.

I did walking & jogging completing two rounds. I was running out of stamina to complete more rounds so started to move towards my home. I saw my Papa was still on Yoga mat.
On the way to my home, I saw Minakashi Auntie also doing morning walk. She is diabetic patient. She used to do regular morning walk. I said her with smile Jai Shree Krishna Auntie. She was very happy to see me going for morning walking

Today’s experience was beyond words. I felt very confident & energetic whole day.it was very fantastic Morning walk after almost 10 years. After seeing total scene today, I decided not to skip single day. Friends Health is wealth. We have to do all these excercises daily to keep our self fit.
