We see that in whole word people are addicted to bD Hbits like smoking,drinking & Tobacco chewing. How can we expect good health with all these things. We have been discussing more & more excercises in these days when you RE CONFINED TO HOME.IT IS GOING TO SPOIL YOUR HEALTH. Health is wealth as we all know better. Have you thought what effect it will do with our family members? If we think like this then definetly we will not go to dio all this wrong deed.

Some of my friends may not be happy with my writeup on such a bad habit.But as a your blogger friend would love that if we do not take these bad habits. These habits have not given anything except bad health. If you love your family then we should not drink with immediate effect. Try you best otherwise i will help you in getting rid of these habits. Please do not take my words to heart but yes try your best to come clean from these habits.
