We need to do meditation on regular basis with fix time. Then it will be helping a lot.We feel energetic every time. You want to go far ahead from your previous performance.This is good for helping mankind.Everyone can not do meditation easily. You have to be disciplined.

I have done meditation for 5 minutes to 8 hours duration. You will feel enlightened with more & more meditation intervals. I have enjoyed my sessions wholeheartedly. You can also do the same thing. Just start doing it regularly.

With the fast-paced environment that surrounds us in college, we need to remember to step back and make sure to breathe every once in awhile. Some moments may feel like a nonstop rush with no end in sight. The one thing I learned that helped me become a stronger learner throughout college was the use of an app known as Headspace.
