Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
We need to do meditation on regular basis with fix time. Then it will be helping a lot.We feel energetic every time. You want to go far ahead from your previous performance.This is good for helping mankind.Everyone can not do meditation easily. You have to be disciplined.

Some moments may feel like a nonstop rush with no end in sight. The one thing I learned that helped me become a stronger learner throughout college was the use of an app known as Headspace.
